We had C&K Services replace our roof on Friday, March 15, 2024. The entire process went smoothly and was professional from start to finish. They were referred to me by family members. My first phone call was to request an inspection and quote. They had a representative to our house the next day. The communication from C&K was excellent. Phone calls, texts and email kept us well informed. On installation day, the dumpster, shingles and supplies arrived as scheduled and a crew of 6 roofers and a C&K project manager. The crew removed the original layer, put down the roofing paper, valleys and shingled the house in under 6 hours. The clean-up was amazing. The yard, patio and driveway was cleared of all debris and nails before the crew left. On Monday, a C&K representative came to inspect the job as well as one of the owners. I highly recommend C&K Services for a professional, high quality installation.

Excellent company to deal with! From the first call to the job itself, everyone was a pleasure to speak with and everything was explained to us and done in a timely matter. Our roof was done in one day! The care they provided to our home was exceptional. After the crew was done, I walked around the house, I literally only found one little piece of shingle and 2 nails. The cleanup and job were beyond our expectations!

This is the BEST business I’ve worked with. Set a date and a representative to look at roof and give us a detailed estimate. We have a detached garage and the representative gave us detailed option for both house & garage (roof/gutters). So we could pick and choose all we wanted done. The second scheduled visit was to accept a contract and pay a down payment for project. Scheduled a time and day (with obvious exceptions based on weather) and they showed up with an 11 man crew and got everything done that day. Second day was for gutters installation. Cleaned up extremely well and made 2 more post-project visits to examine completed work and verify everything was sealed and covered and cleaned up. Professional, nice, communicative crew and company. Only company I’d recommend for anyone needing roof, gutters, fascia, soffit or siding. Only company I’ll ever work with on future projects if necessary. Price was less expensive than other bids, and with guaranteed premium quality materials that other contractors wanted to charge an extra fee for. They also guaranteed their actual installation and workmanship for 2 years after project with no extra fees. Great company doing quality work and NOT trying to screw you! That’s what a business should look and act like.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Prompt service and excellent communication throughout the job. Loved the personalized job portal for communication and documents/invoices. I received three bids from other reputable companies and C&K was significantly more affordable while completing the work in a shorter amount of time than the others anticipated (hourly labor costs). I will definitely hire C&K for any future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for roof / chimney flashing repairs.

The entire experience with C&K was amazing. Their crew was on time, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. The job was complete, including cleanup, by 5:00 PM. During the entire process I was kept informed of their progress by the job foreman, and several C&K managers and the sales rep I worked with stopped by to check on on the job and provide me with updates. I highly recommend C&K Services for your next roof replacement.

When Jeff came out to give us an estimate for the roof/chimney work that needed to be done he was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Mary and Cindy in the office made their end of the process easy for us and got us scheduled right away. When Lance came out to do the work he answered all my questions and completed the work in the time he said he would. My wife and I would recommend C&K Services to anyone who is looking for someone to do the job right!

A very professional experience from contract to completion. Projected time frame for material procurement to completion was on target despite the current supply chain issues. Constant communication and updates from office staff and install crew made this a very enjoyable experience. Installation of snow-dam cabling on part of the roof was a bonus. We would endorse C&K Services to anyone considering a new roof.

From start to finish these guys were great! From the office personal making sure we had all the paperwork done to the guys doing the work. Could not be happier. They recently installed roof and gutters on my parents house as well as ours. Everything looks great and when they were gone there was hardly a trace that they were there! When we were looking to replace our roof I obtained 3 quotes from different companies. C&K was the most reasonably priced within our budget. Not only is the price great but the quality of shingles they use is the same as the companies who quoted us way more. The sales rep didn’t waste my time like the other companies, he was straight and to the point and told me what I wanted to know. My husband and I were over all very pleased with their work. Our roof looks amazing and I’m confident they did an excellent job. They even did a super thorough clean up afterwards. If you are debating between several roofers, you won’t be disappointed with C&K!

C&K replaced all of our windows. They kept us informed while waiting for the product to come in and during installation. They cleaned everything up inside the house so no mess and discussed options for an issue that came up with the old frames. They were great to work with!

We had a GREAT experience with C&K Services! They replaced our aging roof and installed brand new beautiful gutters and we couldn't be happier. The roof was completed in ONE DAY by a large, well organized team. Our neighbor commented, "My gosh, it was like watching a well choreographed performance! Every worker knew exactly what to do and where to work on that roof!" We were super impressed with the team's beautiful work and also their neatness and attention to detail.
